We would like to invite your attention to the Reserve Bank of India guidelines on “Know Your Customer (KYC)” norms and obligations under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
As per regulatory requirements, banks are required to periodically update customer records with the latest information relating to identity proof, address proof, e-mail ID, and contact numbers.
Therefore, account holders are requested to submit the required documents along with the duly filled KYC Updation Form at their respective branch.
